      Pros

      It is a good company to work for and is definitely growing steadily in India. The infrastructure and factory premises is excellent.

      Cons

      There is no hierarchy within the company. An engineer stays an engineer even after 5-6 years. HR dept in very inefficient.

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
