      Excellent compensation, local people excellent to work with, large corporation with lots of resources, multiple locations worldwide, excellent potential for the right person

      Cons

      HQ stiff, sometimes unyielding, as with large organizations communications sometimes lacking, understaffed management and overworked, employee turnover, tenure, politicking by some, cliques
