Pros
1. Good people to work in harmony with. 2. Nothing like VIP culture, all employees and managers are nearly equal. 3. Diversity of working people. 4. As Going to be 'GE' after 'ALSTOM-GE Alliance' alliance, the employees have a great hope and excitement to be a one of the biggest organization in the world.
Cons
1. Unlike its MNC, but in INDIA some policies seems to be not that much beneficial as all other country's ALSTOM. 2. Only few selected employees will get a Technical trainings, remaining will have to learn as they says 'On Job Training'.
