      There is a paycheck. You get a few benefits. Hours are long but sometimes flexible. Lots of good people still work there.

      Cons

      Numerous. Benefits are poor. Health insurance is very expensive relative to other companies. You are not insured while traveling on company business.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
