      Pros

      Used to be a very good place to work, good managers, starting pay is good. Welfare is team dependant. Hybrid work. Free coffee

      Cons

      Promotional increment is commonly <10%, unable to retain talents who leave, very lean team, reorgs consistently, late night calls, poor bonus, culture is changing towards visible employees, pantry food need to pay. Slow career growth and poor increments in fast paced environment.

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
