      Pros

      Company has good engineers, has the right vision and strategy. Making good progress on the ATI merger. Reorg makes sense and helps set a more clear direction for the company.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy, compensation only average. Trouble retaining good people. Senior management seems slow to react to problems that happened in the last few years.
