Company growth opportunities exist, but we have major leadership issues which range from incompetence, to ignorance, and to ego problems.
Cons
People don't get rewarded for thier efforts but by whom they know and click with. Basically at AMD to get ahead, its all about playing the game 150% of the time. The actual job performance really doesn't matter.
