      Pros

      I really enjoy sharing ideas with co-workers that actually know what they are talking about. Also, it is nice that most are open to oppinions other than their own.

      Cons

      Lots of people I talk to outside the company don't know who or what we are. I have to explain how we relate to our competition.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions
