Pros
Work and projects are good. The way work is managed is dependent on the manager, but if you don't like, you can switch to another team. Most teams have politics free work environment. The work life balance again depends on your manager but generally it is good. There is flexibility to work from home as well as office. Standard protocol post covid is - compulsory work from office for minimum of 3 days to retain your desk / monitors / workstation setup, else with prior managers approval, you can work from home permanently with office provided laptop and you'll have to invest in ergonomic kit (office desk, monitor, office chair, etc.) at your personal expense.
Cons
Salary is very less compared to the competition in India. RSUs / Stock awards paid in India are quiet less compared to other companies in India as well as compared to AMD US office.
