      AMD has Great People and Great Products. Very good work life balance. Lower level managers are great to work for. Good cross-team collaboration.

      Cons

      Layoffs, board of directors are looking to fill their pockets instead of looking for the best interests of the company. Top level leadership is severely lacking.
