      Pros

      Working on a such a bug tech stack (GPU drivers) there are many many opportunities to drive your own ideas / interesting projects that you’ll feel fulfilled. Also has a great overtime policy (n hours overtime = n hours off when things are more chill)

      Cons

      Working with different time zones can sometimes be challenging

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
