Pros
Nothing but if I have to think hard, it'll be ESPP options because in this way we can invest in US stocks for a subsidized amount.
Cons
1. Poor management 2. No encouragement 3. Highly micromanaged culture 4. No global and creative outlook 5. Many employees are stuck here because they feel it's safe to be here rather than upskill ourselves and explore better options. 6. NO work-life balance.
