Good people, interesting work and plenty to learn, realistic schedules.
Cons
Captains of the ship were constantly changing course and shuffling the crew - so the ship goes nowhere. Although lately the course stabilized somewhat - but many crew members lost hope and started to abandon the ship, which taking the water (financially) .
