      Pros

      Great working environment, values and ethics. People/Talent is first. Managers are focus in making profit but encouraging people for sucess. Too many Divisions, but respect among them. AMETEK is the example of Diversity of Products and only one Family. Was a great and unique experience having too many products under one roof.

      Cons

      I believe that they wont consider to rehire people that left for personal reasons. Could be wrong.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
