      Dinasosure age of operations and ERP software system. if you are looking to retire this is for you for 8 years doing the same tasks. Finance Dept. responsible for logistics duties, shipping documents, mailing, filing scanning. Receptionist tasks too. One employee wears many hats.COVID pay cuts and no raise but AMETEK - parent company has the capital to acquire Abaco ???? A One-Size-Fits-All Approach To Management. Doesn't Lead By Example.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
