Pros
Most people were great to work with, especially in upper management. Friendly atmosphere, drama kept to a minimum, unusual these days.
Cons
No vision for the future, only concerned about next quarters number, and dividend to the shareholders. Companies payback scheme on capital equipment make major purchases of machine tools impossible to justify. When the numbers are in jeopardy, they dump people, even if your business is doing well.
