      Entrepenurial spirit, yet large corporate strucuture for support. The people are generally great. In my experience, the management team empowers the employees and provides a flexible work environment.

      Cons

      The benefits are in line with other large corporations, although may not be first class. Salaries may be slightly lower than top-tier earners are used to.
