9yWe appreciate feedback as it allows us the opportunity to take a critical self-assessment of our internal practices. Ensuring that our clients are safe, happy and productive is a guiding principle of our company. To only be concerned with the financial aspect of our business and neglect the importance of protecting our clients would not only be irresponsible but would demonstrate a shocking lack of discernment. Additionally, AS Solution values the contributions of all of our employees. We realize that in order to be successful, we must work as a team and are therefore appreciative of the effort put forward by our employees be it from those working in the field or those working behind the scenes in one of our offices.
We regret that you have come to feel that some employees may be more valued than others or that we are too focused on our financial interests. However, we would love to be able to discuss this in more detail and see what we can do to make an improvement in these particular regards.
