Pros
There is always work available.
Cons
There are a lot of managers, directors, VP's, etc, but not too many leaders. Used to be able to work from home, but that has mostly been taken away after everyone was told they could. 401k might as well not be there, their match is almost non existent. You will make your money at point of hire as raises are near impossible.
