      You get contracted out to a real OEM

      Cons

      No bonus, basic pension contribution, no funding for training, limited / slow career progression, low salary, they are heavily dependant on one customer. They originally gave a £300 Christmas voucher and a team building trip abroad, which to be honest everyone would have preferred to have a bonus. Now with harder times in automotive, they removed the voucher & trip.

      Pros

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
