Cons

Management toxique et absence de responsabilité de la part de certains supérieurs. Les objectifs sont irréalisables et les moyens pour les atteindre sont insuffisants. Il y a également un grand nombre d’absences, ce qui alourdit la charge de travail pour ceux qui restent. Le site de Porte de Namur oblige à venir en transport, dans un quartier où le sentiment d’insécurité est présent. Mis à part le salaire, les avantages sont très limités : pas de parking, pas de bonus, pas d’abonnement téléphonique, et un plan cafétéria très médiocre par rapport à la concurrence.
