Pros

civil atmosphere, relative autonomy of workload, plenty of support, splendid views of Bristol from higher floors, friendly staff. genuinely a nice place to work.

Cons

very large company, need to liaise with colleagues in all 4 corners of the UK which can make a 5 minute task take an hour. less generous with healthcare employee benefit than you might expect.

Pros

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
