      Pros

      Great people. Pleasant working atmosphere, but no slacking. Company and management try hard to be fair. Good pay and benefits package. Good fringe benefits - eg sports centre on site and understanding from company and colleagues that you use it.

      Cons

      Targets can be misguided and unrealistic. Not focussed on the most important things. Difficult to get any radical change through. Departments and project world both very slow to change direction.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!

      they are available when you communicate your needs to your manager.
