      Pros

      Admin people are great in house. Depending on whether they like you or not, it could be a pretty flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about employees. It's more of a staffing agency which supplies engineers to on customer. Not very diversified, if customer is not doing well there is no fall back plan.

      Normal work life balance. You will get opportunity to work for big OME company. in contract roles. Good learning opportunity to build your career foundation.

      Cons

      Expect low salary. You will not see any growth in career.
