      good for immigration stuff. I must have to copy some one else Pros stuff. I can think any more than that

      all the cons u can ever expect in a company. They are uch interested in cricket. Play some good cricket and you can find a job easily

      Pros

      Admin people are great in house. Depending on whether they like you or not, it could be a pretty flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about employees. It's more of a staffing agency which supplies engineers to on customer. Not very diversified, if customer is not doing well there is no fall back plan.

      Places you at locations in Caterpillar based on your interest. Willing to work with you if you want to change to different role at CAT. Sponsors H1B and Green Card.

      Cons

      Pay scale not competitive even when compared with Axis competitors.
