Pros
Great co-workers (before nearly everyone technical in the US for SUS was laid off), decent flexibility depending on team, Accenture as a whole has good compensation, benefits, training, and opportunities if you are willing to travel more than be at home.
Cons
This review is more about SUS than greater Accenture. It used to be a great org - one of the best places to work if you didn't want the typical consulting life. However, in the last year the culture, morale, and talent has fallen off a cliff like nothing I've ever seen. SUS's success brought the worst kind of attention from some pretty awful people in Accenture leadership that wanted to make it even more profitable by any means necessary. This of course led to moving jobs to India and multiple rounds of US layoffs while constantly lying about future direction and job security for those left. Most of those not laid off are quitting, so now it is just a revolving door of workers at the large overseas delivery centers - and it shows in the work.
