You're expected to lie to clients on a daily basis which leads to any belief in the product and direction of the company to quickly evaporate. Access represent the crux of outsourcing gone mad. You are monitored by people who are not even in the country, let alone have any knowledge of the work. Further you have no ability to resolve matters for clients and management just therefore focus on ways to creatively deceive customers to simply get them off the phone. As such rather than focussing on how to resolve glitches in the product, Access simply focusses on training how to use language to leave the customer feeling that they have been liostened to although knowing their issue will not be resolved. There is in general a lack of acknowledgement for the work of the CSR in general by management. Unhealthy hours, coupled with poor pay and limited opportunities for the future. Micro-managed to the nth degree by managers who barely have a knowledge of the products they're meant to be maintaining.
