I will just just add the most important since there are so many: 1. Management is ridiculous. 2. Have another job lined up before you apply because the turnover rate is super high (did I mention management is ridiculous?) Company with little to no growth because of poor decisions and leadership of management. The only other thing worse than the management and turnover rate is the pitiful technology that's 10 years behind everything else.
