      Do it at your own pace and flexible schedule. District manager tries his/her best to help out. Individual based work (casual environment)

      Cons

      Infrequent opportunities (dependent on consumer electronic) and area. Must be open to long distance travel to get opportunities. Not ideal if you have unreliable transportation
