Pros
Was able to work from home for a couple of years when I moved from the home office location. Made some great friendships within the company around the U.S. Learned a lot how merchandising and the demo world worked as third party in stores.
Cons
Always worried about losing my job as internal structure was constantly changing & didn't know what new "vision" they had or direction they wanted to shift to.
