not much to say here

- Cheap, good gym near to the office - High base salary vs industry standard For these reasons alone I’ll give 2*

- No progression (although it will be promised at interview) - Poor / non-existent communication between teams and offices leaves you feeling extremely isolated in London - Opaque bonus scheme & insufficient payments (although you’ll get some good projections when you start before you can earn them, it’ll be more than 6 months in before you see what actually makes it to your wallet is significantly less) - CRM poorly organised, would honestly be better to tear it down and build again - Ridiculous organisation which oddly comes from the very top of management who you wouldn’t imagine would be involved (sales people in London forced to call incomplete applications from Africa whilst less well trained - cheaper - staff in Bulgaria call clients in London) - 0 office / company culture - Increasing lack of transparency
