Status in the Industry: Acurian is the market leader in global patient recruitment and retention and continues to grow. Work Environment: When I first came to work at Acurian, being my first desk job, I expected a stuffy office environment, but I was way off-base. The environment is laid back but hard working. Everyone is extremely friendly and the management is helpful and allows you the freedom to handle your responsibilities without being overbearing. Interviewing/Hiring: Management does an extremely diligent job during the hiring process, so you won't find anyone simply filling a seat. I had a phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview with my direct report and the CEO. The wait following the interviews was longer than I expected, but well worth it. Communication: Communication between departments is open and gathering the necessary information for a project from someone else typically takes minutes rather than hours or days. I am constantly challenged on a daily basis and continuously learning more about the industry and my role with the company is always expanding. Benefits: All full time employees receive 17 PTO days plus 9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday. Full health, dental, and vision coverage. All full time employees are bonus eligible annually based on performance.

Health Benefits: While it is comprehensive, the network of specialists is fairly limited.
