Pros
Upper management truly believes in AMR's mission statement that "Every patient deserves quality healthcare." I've personally found that this statement is in the forefront of every conversation and every meeting, and I feel that I am given the opportunity to truly contribute to this endeavor, as indirect as it may seem. Management employs an open door policy and is willing to listen and consider opinions and suggestions. You're given the opportunity to experience many different facets of administrative medicine, as well as build and improve upon skillsets that translate into any other industry such as: sales experience, client interfacing, training, and leadership.
Cons
Very heavy workload, with many tasks simultaneously needing to be worked on, which can become quite overwhelming at times.
