Pros
Get to learn about CAD systems, infrastructure, and ticket management for help-desk systems. Great for a student pursuing a carrer in tech as a learning experience.
Cons
Sub-par pay (well below State median, especially for a company that makes so much money). The capability for home based work exists, but management refuses to use common sense, they'd rather have a warm body in a chair who can't perform, than someone responsible and educated who can provide top-tier support working from home. Maybe they should intern tech support instead of selling them blue sky and dangling carrots.
