      Decent pay for the position

      Cons

      The workload is overwhelming and leadership seems to only care about buying property, building branches, increasing volume, and making sure that marketing/ business relations department employed more staff than the fraud, compliance, audit, product management, access services, and training departments combined!!

      Pros

      I just finished my first week at the Anchorage location. I have nothing but good things to say about this team. From day one I have felt welcomed and valued. Even during the interview, I immediately felt at home. I can't recommend Advancial enough!

      Cons

      Only con was the interview process was a little long! But they did keep me updated every step of the way.
