Promises service to customers they can't produce - Anonymous employee Advantax Employee Review

This place is a joke. Can't understand how they make any money. The management sells services they don't already offer. Then rely on staff to "make it happen". All people with the professional experience for the consulting and compliance have been replaced with interns. Customers not told that some returns not even filed. Resources outdated and useless. Very low pay. Serious tax professionals need not apply.
