Pros
- Your work will be recognized by management along with shout outs from your peers. - Awesome teammates, great leaders. - Well organized development process. - Deploy frequently with minimal bottlenecks. - There are a variety of projects that won’t leave you bored. - Leadership makes an effort to balance software health and product features. - Lots of learning opportunities.
Cons
- There is a desire to have more people in the office. I love our team but the office is the least productive place for an engineer to work. Let alone the long commute. - Our new CEO isn’t very charismatic. Though, it’s clear that he knows how to run a business effectively. I still don’t understand his vision besides cleaning up the mess of the previous CEO.
