favortism, corrupt and poor mangement - Customer Service Representative Affinity Health Plan Employee Review

For a non profit org all they care about is profit. Will not advance at all unless you are part of a certain clique. Will set you up to fail at your job and then find minimal reasons to discipline you or even let you go. Constant meddling from inept managers because they are never satisfied with the unrealistic goals they put forth. If you have no other options do the best you can but otherwise stay far away.
