    Pros

Most staff members are friendly, nice location

    Cons

Unless you brown nose you will not move up. Management is a revolving door in my tenor of 7 years had over 7 managers and none lasted (refer to first comment). It seems you have to be in a "click" with the Directors of Provider Relations to get anywhere here. If you are not liked for not brown nosing you will remain unnoticed with out a raise, acknowledgement or promotion.

    Advice to Management

Get it together! Hire qualified staff and allow their input regardless if you don't agree. Base your reviews on the staff's productivity and not on whether you personally like them or not! Omit the brown nosing and give the right people the acknowledgement, raise and promotions they deserve!

It's about having knowledge of your duties and doing them in a timely fashion, being a team player and not whether you like me personally or not!

We work to get a pay check, not to make friends or join Clicks to move up!

Warning: Don't trust anyone, backstabbers all over the place including and not limited to Management.

I worked at Affinity Health Plan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The organization had well developed training programs for new employees. The IT was pretty advanced too. Not a lot of struggle to perform the job.

    Cons

Could not think about anything that were negative about this organization. It really depends on the program's management. The management I worked with was pretty supportive.
