      Pros

      You are rewarded for hard work. Excellent compensation, stock bonus, trips, team environment, contests, training, and the best part is your making a difference in your policyholders life.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone- high turn over because people realize it takes work. Starting your business from the ground up. Some people struggle with commission only sales. If you have a strong work ethic and don't mind working hard on a consistent basis - then you will do fine.

      Pros

      Great benefits (401k, health, PTO)

      Cons

      Overall the people are great and the company emphasizes it cares for its employees. Some days are longer than others and you are expected to juggle multiple projects at once, if you cannot do this it is easy to fall behind on work.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
