      Equipment, training, and co-technician, Support staff, Workload, Renumeration.

      Cons

      Management lacks the intelligence to let staff know of expected changes in procedure. When management changes which is on a regular basis the new one comes aboard with out knowledge of how his or her predecessor ran the show . Changes that put in jeopardy technician careers. And also company does not care in the slightest about family.
