Pros
Are there any??have worked with them for 10yrs +,I am no further forward in my career than when I started.no opportunities to better myself,crap wages,crap management who take advantage of your good nature and dont listen to you when you have a problem.no praise or reward for doing a good job,the work shys and useless folk get more.they waste there time on a pointless apprenticeship scheme that takes on a bunch of idiotic youngsters that dont wont to learn yearly instead of helping and developing the skill sets of people who are already there.
Cons
Constantly promising to help further your career that never amounts to anything.upper management all pat themselves on the back for a job well done when the do nothing but cause problems.dont know how to manage people or help them fine tune there skills and the skills they want.to busy pushing people to deliver.wages are all wrong,you'll find people that do a fraction of what is required get paid far more than folk that graft and deserve it.
