Horrible senior management - IT Manager Aggreko Employee Review

Senior management refuse to move with the times so getting anything done within the IT sector is horrible. There is hardly any processes in place for project delivery and the ones they do have are old fashioned. Blame culture, absolutely no path for career progression. Majority of senior management in Glasgow office have their job because of length of service and not for any real job skills.
