Pros
I would like to not to mention the pros because there are only a few, but there are some serious cons literally that should be addressed and will make the pros as if it doesn't matter.
Cons
An arrogant, unprofessional manager who runs the whole show as per his wish and is not accountable. Even from minute things to major decisions are taken by one person and others are not valued. Does not have proper coordination within the team and corporate politics is common and well practiced. Absolutely no growth, only if butter up the manager you will be considered, this is something that is very common. There are a lot of unethical issues that are unaddressed and it is very common.
