If you’re considering joining this place, think twice. The CEO is obsessed with trivial things while completely ignoring the bigger picture of actually running the company. Leadership is horrible and the so-called product strategy is nothing but chaos. The product looks decent on the surface, but it’s bloated with countless features nobody asked for, most of which are broken anyway. The engineering team is mostly inexperienced developers overseas, pushed to churn out code without proper guidance, and it shows in the awful stability. Transparency doesn’t exist. You’ll sit through the same recycled speeches every couple of years, never knowing how the business is truly doing. It’s no wonder there’s such high turnover, talented people leave because there’s no real future here.

The leadership here is messy and makes sudden decisions without explanation. Our leaders create a toxic and confusing work environment where employees don’t get any guidance at all. Also, promises from the lying leadership often go unfulfilled. Employee morale is awful, and the high employee turnover rate is a serious issue.
