The employees are very nice and super hardworking. They should get a metal for the amount of work they do. Their product is amazing and they do care about their clients.

Cons

Sweatshop mentality. High employee turnover with not much diversity either, at one point they got rid of their entire sales force. Wages were not competitive and there was a decent amount of nepotism if you weren't the same "decent".
