The owner needs to stop writing positive reviews - Loan Officer AimLoan.com Employee Review

The owner has been writing most of the positive reviews. All his talk of "core values". This place has horrible training. It's sink or swim here. You get paired up with a "buddy" who is overworked and does not have the time to train you so you have to work from a manual, and if you make a mistake your job is on the line. They can't keep employees around because of the workload, lack of training and poor pay. You will notice most of the employees are miserable here. It's not a place I would recommend working at.
