      Pros

      The Akraya recruitment team read the job description, and they read 'between the lines' as well -- and understood why I was the right fit. The Akraya team stayed engaged throughout the lengthy vetting and security background check process required by the client. Their level of professionalism and commitment to my success was refreshing. Even if I had not been selected for the position, I would still have given Akraya high marks.

      Cons

      Their pay rates for tech roles were not as competitive as I was used to, but securing a great role with a leading AI security company did help offset the lower pay rate.

      1.Great Team to work with. 2.Seamless communication from first to last step. 3.Detailed orientations. 4.Lot of oppurtunities.

      Pay negotiation could have been better. I was also disapponited that W2 employees are not paid for public holidays.

Regarding public holidays, we want to clarify that our W2 hourly employees are paid at their contracted hourly rate for hours actually worked. This structure allows us to offer competitive hourly rates, and many employees find it flexible to align their schedules with their personal needs.       Pros

      JP who took accountability for miscommunication and the incorrect information being provided during my onboarding.

      Cons

      A lot of miscommunication especially within the several people I was dealing with. If it wasn't for JP who took full accountability during the onboarding and communication. I dont think I would have decided to accept the contract.
