Highly political environment with Exec and leaders who prioritize scrambling to keep their jobs over addressing toxic culture and making necessary changes. Historically all-female ‘mean girls’ HR team focused on surface-level initiatives (think inclusivity, diversity, culture) with apparently no comprehension or ability to implement meaningful human resource supports, rather focus on protecting managers and exec who behave badly. Don’t raise your hand if you experience an issue with your boss - you’ll just get run-out and run-down.
