Pros
I love working at Align Technology. Not only is it a booming company but it is a product I actually believe in. I have never been so happy with a company. Management makes you feel appreciated and genuinely wants to know if you're happy. They also find it important for their employees to contribute new ideas to make programs, teams, and the company better. The work and life balance actually exists, unlike other companies I have worked for. The specific program I work for (iPro) - is great. Although there are roadblocks as with any growing company and program, the idea of the iPro Program is an exceptional one. This program gives the opportunity for Invisalign users (Dentists and Orthodontists), to become more comfortable, educated, and excited to use and continue to use the Invisalign products. These doctors love the program and they're enthusiastic about it.
